Brian Rose is standing as the London Real Party candidate in the mayoral elections.
He is a banker-turned-broadcaster and hosts the London Real podcast.
He will put 10,000 more officers on the street
Mr Rose says he will put 10,000 more officers on the streets and reopen police stations that have been closed since the present mayor came to power.
He will set up a public-private partnership with TfL
On transport, Mr Rose says he intends to set up a public-private partnership with TfL, where the land it owns generates investment and income from housing and commercial developments.
He will encourage greater use of electric scooters, trialling induction charging for black cabs, and build a new Hammersmith Tunnel.
He will build 50,000 new homes
Mr Rose has pledged to build 50,000 new homes across London by Christmas, focusing on unused land owned by TfL.
He will create a development company that is majority owned by the mayor of London, with 49% held by private investors.
He will create a showcase of the best of business
On improving culture, Mr Rose says he will create the Great Celebration - a showcase for the best of business, industry and innovation across Britain, as befits such an event in the capital.
He will have a month of free musical festivals, theatre performances, all-night parties, street fairs, local markets and business networking events.
He will scrap Ulez and other punitive taxes
Mr Rose is committed to scrapping Ulez and other punitive taxes.
He will also ensure every person and business in London has access to free high-speed broadband and will give £100-worth of a new crypto token – the LONDON – to every person in the capital, which they can spend or invest.
