A teacher and member of Welsh folk and rock group Bwncath has appeared in court accused of sexual communication with a child.
Alun Jones Williams, 26, from Y Ffôr, near Pwllheli, Gwynedd, has denied a charge of sexual communication with a child under 16 between 1 April and 20 November 2023.
His trial date was set for 3 July at Caernarfon Crown Court during a hearing at the same court on Tuesday.
He was released on bail.
In a statement made in November, Bwncath said he would "not take part in any of the band's performances in the future".
