Plans to build 70 homes in Long Sutton have been approved by the council following a series of amendments.

Stinders Homes have been authorised to build affordable properties on land next to Lime Walk.

After approving the original plans in 2022, South Holland District Council had asked the developers to improve access and show evidence there would be sustainable drainage systems to reduce the risk of flooding.

In a report, the council said these conditions had been met and the plans could move forward.

According to the Local Democracy Reporting Service, changes to the original plans included alterations to the site levels and landscaping and improvements to the junctions of the site to make them more accessible for pedestrians and wheelchair users.
