GP surgery 'temporarily' shuts and relocates staff

A GP surgery announced it had temporarily closed due to circumstances beyond its control.
Eye Surgery in Peterborough shut on Thursday and said patients with booked appointments would be contacted.
No reopening date for the High Street practice has been given but its staff have been relocated to Thorney Medical Centre, which is part of the same group.
Jenna Healthcare, which runs the practice, and the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Integrated Care System have been contacted for comment.
A statement on the practice website, external said: "Due to circumstances beyond the practice's control, we have had to temporarily close our Eye practice.
"We have temporarily relocated our staff to the Thorney practice, with all telephone calls being redirected there.
"If you have an appointment booked at our Eye practice, you will be contacted by the team to advise you."
