BMW driver arrested for doing 130mph on the M4

A man driving at more than 130mph (209km/h) along the M4 has been arrested on suspicion of drug driving and fraud.
Wiltshire Police said he was stopped at 01:10 BST on Wednesday after officers saw a grey BMW travelling east from junction 16 near Swindon at high speed.
When stopped at Membury Services, a roadside test was positive for cannabis and cash and banks cards were also found in the car.
The driver was arrested along with two others, all men in their 20s and from London, on suspicion of fraud by false representation.
Sgt Will Ayres, from Wiltshire Police's Roads Policing Unit, said: “The vehicle immediately caught our attention due to the excessive speeds that it was travelling at."
“Driving at these speeds, and whilst under the influence of drugs is extremely selfish and dangerous and puts the lives of road users at serious risk,” he added.
