'They've made me realise ADHD isn't a barrier'
- Published
A youth-led organisation in Worcestershire is giving young people who don’t fit into mainstream education a second chance.
The Hub, in Bromsgrove, has helped 15-year-old Skye, who was adopted as a young child.
She has ADHD and was at risk of being excluded from school, but since being referred there she has already gained qualifications and has ambitions to run a horse therapy yard.
The Hub receives funding from Children in Need and wouldn’t be able to "keep the doors open" without the funding it receives from the charity.
If you have been affected by any of the issues raised in this story, there is help and support available via BBC Action Line.
