Man charged with attempted murder after stabbing

A man has been charged with attempted murder after another man was stabbed in Leicester.
Leicestershire Police said it was called to Danvers Road by East Midlands Ambulance Service at 10:25 BST on Sunday.
The injured man, who is in his 20s, was taken to hospital where he continues to receive treatment.
Lonel Cutitaru, 49, of Danvers Road, is due to appear at Leicester Magistrates' Court later.
A 50-year-old man, who was arrested as part of the investigation, was released with no further action, the force added.
