Free bike checks are being offered to cyclists in Cornwall during September.
The checks by professional bike mechanics are being offered at St Austell Leisure Centre from 10:00 BST to 13:00 BST on Tuesday and Bodmin Leisure Centre from 10:00 BST to 13:00 BST on Friday.
Funded by Active Travel England and Cornwall Council, the Better Engagement in Active Travel Project is a joint initiative between GLL and The Cornwall Bicycle Project.
An easy ride out session is taking place from 10:00 BST to 12:00 BST on Wednesday at St Austell and another at Bodmin at the same time on 19 September.
"Anyone with a bike is welcome to come along and get tyres, brakes and gears checked for free and the mechanics will advise if more needs to be done that can't be fixed on the day," said Karen Edmond, GLL Community Sport Manager.
"The cycle rides are a great way of meeting new people and brushing up cycling skills, especially once bikes have been given an expert once-over.
"Booking in advance is essential as turn-ups on the day aren't possible."
