Spa masseur convicted of sexual assaults

A masseur has been convicted of five sexual assaults while working at a spa.

Ibrahim Ali, 36, of Percy Place, Datchet, pleaded guilty to five counts of sexual assault by touching at Reading Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.

The assaults took place when he was working as a masseur at Nirvana Spa in Wokingham, Berkshire.

He was released on conditional bail and is due to be sentenced at Reading Crown Court on 17 November.

Thames Valley Police said Ali sexually assaulted five women who had booked in for back and foot masasages between November and December 2024.

He was charged with four counts of sexual assault in July 2025 and a further count in September.

Investigating officer PC Chloe Palmer said: "This guilty plea represents a positive outcome for the victims in this case and reflects the dedication that went into this investigation.

"Bringing an offender like Ibrahim Ali to justice demonstrates our ongoing commitment to tackling violence against women.

"I am pleased we were able to secure this outcome and provide some sense of closure for the victims."
