Three men in court after town centre stabbing

Police said no further action would be taken against a fourth man who was arrested

Three men have appeared in court charged with causing GBH with intent after a stabbing.
Billy Lane, 23, of Ealing appeared at Taunton Magistrates Court on Tuesday alongside Nathan Smith, 33, and Kyle Nutley, 53, both of Weston-Super-Mare.
It comes after a man in his 30s was stabbed on Alexandra Parade, Weston-Super-Mare, on Sunday evening.
Lane was remanded into custody while both Smith and Nutley were released on conditional bail ahead of further hearings.

The victim suffered non-life threatening wounds and was taken to hospital after emergency services arrived on the scene at around 21:00 BST.
Police said no further action would be taken against a fourth man, aged 28, who was also arrested after the incident.
