A man riding a motorcycle has died following a crash in a Worcestershire town.

The crash happened on the B4084, near Pershore College, when the motorbike hit a warning triangle on a roadside verge between 19:00 and 19:30 BST on Friday, said police.

"The rider of the motorcycle, a 31-year-old man, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene," said a spokesperson for West Mercia Police.

Officers are appealing for witnesses to the collision, or anyone who saw the silver Yamaha YBR 125 which was travelling towards Pershore town centre, to contact the force.
