A motorcyclist has died in a crash in a Worcestershire town.

It happened on the B4084, near Pershore College, when the motorbike hit a warning triangle on a roadside verge between 19:00 and 19:30 BST on Friday, said police.

"The rider of the motorcycle, a 31-year-old man, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene," said a spokesperson for the West Mercia force.

Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone who saw the silver Yamaha YBR 125, which was being ridden towards Pershore town centre, to contact the force.
