Firefighters leave scene after blaze in six-storey building

Firefighters have left the scene after a blaze broke out in a six-storey commercial building in Glasgow city centre.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) said seven appliances and specialist resources responded to the incident on West Nile Street at 16:31 on Saturday.
A spokesperson said there were no casualties after a full building evacuation was carried out.
Police Scotland said West Nile Street had been closed from Renfield Street to Bath Street but it had now reopened.

Members of the public had been asked to keep away from the area and nearby residents were advised to close windows and doors to prevent smoke inhalation.
A force spokesperson said the fire was not being treated as wilful.
