Boy, 13, charged after teenager stabbed in park

A 13-year-old boy has been charged after a teenager was stabbed in the back in a park.
The victim, 15, was attacked in Ridgewood Park, Pensby, Wirral, at 17:00 BST on Sunday, Merseyside Police said.
He was taken to Liverpool's Alder Hey Children's Hospital, where police said he remained in a "serious but stable" condition.
The youth, who cannot be named for legal reasons due to his age, has been remanded and is due at Liverpool Youth Court accused of two counts of wounding and possession of a bladed article.
Police said two boys, aged 15 and 13, and a 13-year-old girl arrested in connection with the stabbing had been released on bail.
