Dozens of firefighters from three counties tackled a large blaze that saw black smoke billowing across the Fens.

A large number of pallets caught fire and spread to a barn at about 14:45 GMT on Barton Road, Wisbech, on Wednesday.

Twelve crews were sent from Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Lincolnshire and Norfolk.

The fire was extinguished by about 18:00 and Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service determined the cause was accidental.
