Police have issued a fresh appeal for information a year after a man was shot dead in Birmingham.
Raad Asmael, 27, was shot inside a car parked at the junction of Rotton Park Road and City Road in Edgbaston, at about 23:00 GMT on 22 November.
A second man was also injured but thankfully recovered from his injuries, West Midlands Police said.
A number of people have been arrested as part of the murder inquiry, but no charges have yet been brought.
'Family want answers'
Det Ch Insp Phil Poole, from the force, said: "We have followed up several lines of inquiry, but we are again appealing to anyone who was in the area to come forward with any information you may have.
"You may have spotted someone in the area, or a vehicle. No matter how small, all information is key to our investigation.
"We are also appealing to the wider public. If you know who was responsible, or you have any information, we are asking for you to come forward."
He said the force was continuing to support Mr Asmael's family and they "understandably want answers".
Anyone with information can contact West Midlands Police or anonymously via Crimestoppers.
