Man charged after teenage girl raped in park

A man has been charged with raping a teenage girl in a town centre park, Kent Police have said.
The assault is alleged to have happened on Tunbridge Wells Common, close to the junction between Mount Ephraim and Molyneux Park Road, between 20:00 BST and 21:00 on Saturday.
On Monday, Rocco Minafra, 46, of Judd Road, Tonbridge, was arrested and he was later charged him with rape, three counts related to sexual assault and making threats to kill.
He has been remanded in custody to appear before Medway Magistrates' Court on Thursday.
