Four people were forced to flee a house after a kitchen fire.
Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service was called to Aylsham Road in Norwich at 20:30 GMT on Wednesday.
The house had been evacuated before the service arrived and crews suspected the blaze was started by a chip pan.
A spokesperson said officers wore breathing apparatus, used hose reel jets and checked hot spots using a thermal imaging camera.
