Major route reopened after multiple incidents

A dual carriageway has reopened in both directions after a collision and a broken down vehicle closed it in both directions.
National Highways previously said the A12 was shut between junction 29 (Ardleigh Crown Interchange) and junction 30 (Stratford St Mary) at just after 07:15 GMT.
Essex Police and Suffolk Police dealt with the incidents while a diversion was put in place leading to long delays.
The road later reopened at about 11:00.
