Four murder suspects bailed over man's death

David Morgan was found dead at his home on 8 October, six days after reporting he had been assaulted

Four people who were arrested on suspicion of murder and burglary after the death of a 73-year-old man have been released on bail.

David Morgan, known to some as Davie, was found dead at his home in Brook Street, Raunds, Northamptonshire, in the afternoon of 8 October.

A 52-year-old man from Kettering, a 42-year-old man from Wellingborough, a 42-year-old woman from Kettering and a 42-year-old woman of no fixed abode, were all released on conditional bail pending further inquiries.

Northamptonshire Police said it "continued to work around the clock" on the case and repeated an appeal for anyone with information to contact them on 101.
