Three taken to hospital after crash closed A14

Three people were taken to hospital after a crash between two cars and a van in Cambridgeshire.
Police said they were called at about 17:53 GMT on Thursday to the A14 near Huntingdon.
The eastbound carriageway was closed between junction 19A at Spaldwick and junction 20 at Ellington and was reopened at about 02:20.
A police spokesperson said the incident caused "significant damage" to the central reservation and two of the three people taken to hospital received "serious injuries".
An air ambulance also attended the scene, police said.
