Footage shows boy jumping onto railway tracks

Network Rail has released CCTV footage of people trespassing on the railway lines at stations including a young man jumping onto the tracks at Bramley in West Yorkshire.
The company said it was releasing the footage in a bid to urge people to stay off the tracks.
Network Rail said that there were more than 2,600 incidents of trespass in the last year across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and the North East.
A spokesperson said the railway was an "incredibly dangerous place" and people who trespass on the tracks were breaking the law and putting themselves at risk.
The footage shows a young man jumping onto the tracks and another running across the line as a train approaches Bramley station.
Another clip shows a couple crossing the tracks at a station in County Durham and stopping to take photos.
Chloe Creffield, Network Rail’s community safety manager in the North and East, said: “The railway is an incredibly dangerous place and people who trespass are putting themselves at risk and breaking the law."
She said they wanted people to remember the consequences of trespassing and the "devastating impact" it can have.
"Closing the railway while we investigate incidents of trespass disrupts lives and also causes costly delays for passengers."
She said they hoped the footage would remind the public to think of their own safety and "see that trespassing on the railway can be life-threatening".
