A bronze dog statue worth £12,000 has been stolen from a garden in Herefordshire.

The figure was reported missing on 13 May and West Mercia Police said suspects removed the artwork from the garden in Ledbury.

Anyone with information about the burglary was asked to contact the force.

They added they were also keen to hear from anybody who might have been offered the statue and said PC James Cooke was leading their investigation.
