Sections of the A3 around Guildford will close overnight on six dates in July.
Resurfacing works mean the closures will start on Monday.
Drivers are being warned to check the latest information, because closures could change at short notice, National Highways said.
The closures will include entry and exit slip roads, and will be in place from 21:00 until 6:00 BST on the dates concerned.
The closures are as follows:
1 July: Southbound entry slip road from Egerton Road with a diversion via the northbound carriageway, turning around at Dennis roundabout to join the A3 southbound.
2 July: Southbound between Stoke Interchange and Hogs Back. A diversion will be via Stoke Road, A246, Onslow Street, Park Street, then to Farnham Road to join the A3 from the A31 Hogs Back.
8 and 9 July: Northbound between Compton and Hogs Back with a diversion via B3000 Puttenham Heath Road, then to A31 Hogs Back to rejoin the A3.
10 and 11 July: Northbound entry slip road from Egerton Road with a diversion via the southbound carriageway, leaving at Compton B3000 to rejoin the A3 northbound.
