Police are appealing for information after a cyclist died following a fall from his bike.

Emergency services were called shortly after 10:40 BST on Sunday to Lower Haysden Lane in Tonbridge, between Haysden Country Park and Brook Street, Kent Police said.

The 56-year-old man died later in hospital and his next of kin have been informed.

Kent Police is urging motorists who were in the area to check dashcam footage which may assist the investigation, particularly that of a man on a green and black bicycle in the Haysden area.
