Applications open for new police authority members

New members are being sought for the organisation which monitors how States of Jersey Police operates.
The Jersey Police Authority (JPA) said it was seeking people to fill ambassador or advocate roles to help ensure the force iwas being run efficiently and effectively.
The JPA said members devote six hours on average every three months performing their duties including attending meetings, visits to police headquarters and reading documents.
Anyone who is interested in joining the JPA has been asked to send their CV and a covering letter to JHAGovernance@gov.je before 10 January.
