Fire crews tackle chip shop blaze

Fire crews have attended a fire at a chip shop after flames spread from a fryer to the roof of the building.
The blaze at the Anchor Fish and Chip Shop in the village of Ingatestone, Essex, was spotted on Friday night at about 21:30 BST.
Essex Fire Service explained, external it had started in the fryer but then spread to the roof through the building's extraction system.
The cause of the blaze has been recorded as "accidental", the fire service said, with firefighters leaving the scene at 02:00 on Saturday.
Ingatestone & Fryerning Parish Council, external said it was devastated by the news of the fire and said that repair work "could take some time" as the building was in a conservation area.
It thanked the fire service for their work and said it was a relief no lives were lost.
