Temporary police order in place at family funfair

The order is in place during the Warwick Mop Fair, which takes place in Market Square, in Warwick town centre

Police have put a two-day temporary order in place to control any anti-social behaviour at a family funfair in Warwick.
The annual Warwick Mop Fair is taking place in Market Square in the town centre from Friday until Sunday and again on 24 and 25 October.
Warwickshire Police said the order - which starts at 17:00 BST on Friday and finishes at 04:00 BST on Sunday - was issued to ensure residents could enjoy the event.
The order, which falls under the Anti-Social Behaviour & Policing Act 2014, gives police the power to direct anyone believed to be involved in anti-social behaviour to leave the area or be arrested.
Warwick Safer Neighbourhood Team Inspector Ed Box said: "The Warwick Mop is a chance for all of our residents to come together and have a great time.
"We want to make sure everyone enjoys the evening, so we've taken this pre-emptive step to deter any anti-social behaviour.
"We'll be out through the evening, and we're looking forward to chatting with you all."
