Three British solders killed by Afghan soldier

Three British soldiers have been killed and four injured by an Afghan soldier in Helmand province during a deliberate attack on a check point.

The soldiers, from 1st Battalion Royal Gurkha Rifles, were killed by a rocket propelled grenade and a gun attack.

Afghan President Hamid Karzai apologised to Britain for the attack, the second such incident in the past year.
