Your rights when buying a new mobile
Mobile phone users should be given much clearer information about the terms of their contract before they sign up, according to the industry watchdog.
The Communications Consumer Panel is calling for a 14-day a cooling-off period and says most people have no idea if they are entitled to return their new phone if it turns out to have a poor signal.
