PM urges greater HIV awareness in World Aids Day video

Around 25,000 people in the UK are thought to be unaware that they are infected with HIV, according to the Health Protection Agency.

In a video message to coincide with World Aids Day, Prime Minister David Cameron has said there is still too much ignorance about HIV and Aids.
