Raghuram Rajan in charge of India's faltering economy

India's chief economic adviser Raghuram Rajan takes over as the head of the country's central bank this month.

Rajan is an internationally acclaimed economist but he takes charge at a time when the Indian economy is facing a rough road ahead with the rupee falling to record lows against the US dollar.

So what's expected from the new governor?
