Wrexham building collapse sounded 'like bomb went off'

A building has been demolished after its sudden collapse in Wrexham.

Nobody was hurt when the derelict property collapsed at Pen Y Bryn on Sunday at about 17:00 GMT.

The A5152 road was shut between Tenters Square and Chapel Street to allow for the demolition overnight.

The moment the building collapsed was caught on CCTV by a nearby chip shop, showing debris just missing passing cars.
