Syrian crisis: Russia has changed balance of power

A war of words has broken out between Russia and the West, a day after they agreed a pause in the fighting in Syria.

At a security conference in Germany, Russia's prime minister said the West was rekindling the Cold War, while the United States said Russia was bombing civilians in Syria in its campaign against so-called Islamic State.
