Coronavirus: Breaking rules 'like slapping nurse in the face' says Swann
Northern Ireland's health minister has said people who break coronavirus restrictions are acting in a similar way to someone who walks into a hospital "and slaps a nurse in the face".
Robin Swann said he wished people who broke the rules would stay at home, instead of "acting the big man or woman".
