James Watt says the brewer has made mistakes after claims the firm has a "toxic culture"

Brewdog's co-founder James Watt says the "buck ultimately stops" with him after 60 former employees claim the company has a "culture of fear".

He says he will use it as a "learning opportunity" to become a better leader.
