Market stall holders 'working on a low margin'

UK inflation eased to 3.1% in July from 3.2% in June, the third month in a row that prices have risen more slowly.

The Retail Prices Index (RPI) slowed to 4.8% from 5% in June, the Office for National Statistics (ONS) said.

The BBC's Simon Jack visited Walthamstow market in north-east London. He spoke to Natalie Berg, director of global research at Planet Retail, and Dave Bonner, a stall holder.
