Singapore's immigration cap worries construction boss

The government of Singapore has reduced the annual intake of immigrant workers from 150,000 to 100,000.

It has also raised levies on foreign workers to make it less attractive for companies to import labour.

This is making construction projects, such as the new high-end restaurant on the rooftop park of Marina Bay Sands hotel, difficult.
