High street banks named and shamed by FSA

Banks are being named and shamed in a report which lists the number of complaints they each receive.

Lloyds Banking Group tops the list but that is not surprising as it has the largest number of customers.

The Financial Services Authority which is publishing the figures wants the rules on the handling of complaints to be tightened up.
