IMF worries over financial system

The International Monetary Fund publishes its twice-yearly economic outlook on Wednesday. The fund has already warned the global financial system remains the weak link in the economic recovery. It does predict a gradual improvement in the financial system, but adds that there is a substantial risk of further problems.
