Toy Story: Inventor reveals the secret life of Christmas toys

Toy inventor Stefan Knox talks about all the hard work that goes into developing toys.

Beginning at the studios of his company Bang Creations, in Surrey, he shows how he and his team develop the initial concepts for toys.

His journey then takes him to the Sponge workshop nearby, where prototypes are made, and on to one of the UK's largest toy manufacturers, Flair, in Cheam.

Due to the intense secrecy of the toy industry, all the toys shown in this video are old models that have already been brought to market.
