Tax evasion 'concerns not taken seriously'
A former Swiss banker who has blown the whistle on offshore tax havens has joined forces with Wikileaks.
Rudolf Elmer handed over CDs which he says contain the bank details of politicians, corporations and multimillionaires who are evading taxes.
John Christensen, a former economic adviser to Jersey, now director of the Tax Justice Network, told the BBC that Mr Elmer had felt he had no alternative but to go to Wikileaks.
