Cheap rent for property guardians

There's been a rise in the number of so-called property guardians - people paying low rents to look after disused buildings.

Experts say the number of buildings lying empty has increased in recent years and that landlords fear squatters may move in if the property is left unattended.

The BBC's Tim Muffett met a property guardian in Hertfordshire.
