Cadbury 'thriving' despite hitting Kraft's profits

New figures show the takeover of Cadbury helped boost sales at the American food company Kraft by around 30%.

The company's quarterly sales were better than analysts were expecting even though the costs of the takeover dragged down overall profits by 24%.

Nick Bunker, president of Kraft Foods UK & Ireland told the BBC that Cadbury is thriving under Kraft.
