India's railway network to get back on track

India's rail budget is to be announced on Friday and while India's economy has been booming its infrastructure has been lagging behind.

The budget offers another chance to address years of under-investment.

It could take a leaf out of China's book, where fast speed rail network is playing a vital role in its growth.
