Mervyn King warns of another crisis without bank reform

Britain risks suffering another financial crisis unless there is more banking reform, according to the Governor of the Bank of England.

Mervyn King told The Daily Telegraph that the "too big to fail" problem had not been solved.

Mr King also urged banks to think more of their customers, and less about short-term profits.
