Unemployment hits 17 year high

The number of people out of work in the UK has risen to its highest level since 1994.

It went up by 27000 in the three months to the end of January - to 2.53 million.

But at the same the number of people claiming unemployment benefit has fallen sharply.

So what is going on in the jobs market?
