Mary Portas to tackle High Street decline
The retail expert Mary Portas, known for her straight-talking role on the television programme, Mary Queen of Shops, has been enlisted by the government to help revitalise England's town centres.
She will try to get vacant shops back in business.
She told the BBC's Simon Jack why she is the best person for the job.
