Battling to finance a small business

Key figures from Britain's biggest banks are in Manchester on Tuesday to meet businesses owners and explain what they are doing to increase lending.

The meeting comes at a sensitive time for banks, with new figures at the end of May suggesting that they may miss lending targets agreed with the government as part of the so-called Project Merlin project.

The BBC's Ben Thompson spoke to Jason Stafford, of All-In-One Garden, who said it was a frustrating time for businesses that wanted funding to expand.
