German professor in court over EU bail-outs
Many Germans dislike the EU bail-outs of Greece and other debt-laden eurozone countries - so much so that some have gone to court.
On Tuesday the German Constitutional Court will start examining a number of judicial complaints against the bail-outs.
Markus Kerber, an economics professor, is leading one of these court challenges.
He told the BBC's Stephen Evans in Berlin why, in his view, the bail-outs are illegal.
