UK unemployment figures 'disturbing'
UK unemployment has risen by 38,000 in the three months to June.
The rise brings the total number of unemployed people in Britain up to 2.49 million and the number of people claiming jobseeker's allowance up to 1.56 million.
Reporting from Northern Ireland, Mark Simpson spoke to Susan Russam, whose company Gems addresses long term unemployment.
She said unemployment is "everyone's business" and the latest figures are "disturbing".
